- Help with watering, light, soil, pests, and general maintenance.
- Problem-solving for struggling plants.

How it works 🌿

- I will reach out to you after purchase to arrange a date and time. (Within 24-48 hours)
- We can connect via Zoom, phone call, or WhatsApp
- Ask as many questions as you like within your booked time
- I always recommend sending photos/videos of your plants with your questions for better advice therefore What'sApp is probably the best for shorter consultations 

Consultation Options 🌿

15-minute Quick Care Check
Perfect for 1–2 specific questions (or 1-3 plants), quick troubleshooting and then getting proper care instructions and recommendations for aftercare.

30-minute Plant Care Session
Ideal for multiple plants (more than 3), ongoing issues, or learning proper care routines.

60-minute In-Depth Consultation
Best for plant collections, plant styling, or ongoing plant plans. Also suitable to go through whether plants are in the right spot, advice on repotting and extensive care instructions.

• Expert Diagnosis:  diagnosing complex issues like specific pests, root rot, or nutrient deficiencies, the advice can save you money on replacing plants.
• Customised Care Plan: a detailed, tailored plan for your specific environment (lighting, humidity, space), you are paying for a professional service, not just casual advice.

I decided to set this up as I would like to help my customers and followers more efficiently than Instagram/Facebook messages. 

You do not need to pay for a consultation if you bought the plant from me and you just need some extra advice, that is part of my aftercare promise when purchasing from me. I also welcome you to search for your plant on my website where I have full care instructions.

These consultations are for plants not bought in Sunfleck, new customers from Sunfleck, or anyone who is really struggling with plant care in general.
