Elephant tree

Succulent that grows like a bonsai!

Elephant Tree or Jabily (Operculicarya decaryi) is a very unusual succulent with a thick trunk and tiny leaves. It gets small red flowers in the winter. 

May drop some leaves in winter for a little rest 

You can cut and sculpt this plant like a bonsai but the roots do not need to be bonsai-ed which is incredible! 

Can live for hundreds of years
