Copper Water Bottles

In Ayurveda, drinking water from a copper bottle has always been used for its healing properties.

According to Ayurvedic teachings, copper water could strengthen the immune system, slow down the aging process, stimulate the brain and act as a natural antioxidant. But mainly we know that copper is anti-bacterial and anti-fungal. In Ireland we used to store water overnight in copper vats to purify.

 In addition to its health properties, a copper water bottle is also an environmentally friendly, lightweight and particularly durable alternative to plastic bottles. This makes it the ideal companion for a healthy lifestyle in the office, at home, while doing yoga, working out or traveling. 

Application: Traditionally, the copper water bottle is filled with water in the evening and left overnight.
