I found this amazing matcha when visiting a market in Amsterdam. I bought a pack from a Japanese man after I ate at his stall. I absolutely loved it and knew it was the high quality I was looking for to stock in Sunfleck.

Perfect boost in energy for afternoon slump, before exercise or early evening.

*perfect for matcha latte or drinking pure with just water. Ceremonial grade is naturally more smooth and less bitter so sweetener. may not be needed.

Refreshing aroma of fresh green leaves, and sweet and umami-rich flavour. Natural sweetness is mixed with the rich bitterness peculiar to matcha. And with the beautiful green colour  Mix it with your favourite milk to make a luxurious matcha latte.  Make your time rich!

Use:

• 50ml warm water
• something to sweeten like brown sugar or honey (1 tsp)
• 1 tsp of matcha powder
• use whisk/frother wand to mix
• then add 150ml hot milk
• whisk/frother wand again

Ideally morning or afternoon, not before bed as the caffeine may effect sleep.

I also add it to my cacao as well with a similar preparation!!
