Soil Mix - Base

For healthier stronger houseplants, make they're as happy as possible to benefit you !

Soil choice is very important as its the key to happy plant roots which will make your plant grow stronger

This mix is for you to bulk out other mixes or to make your own! 

Houseplants need drainage to stop root rot, this happens when soil is too wet and the roots die, this is the main cause of houseplants dying

This mix is peat free and has :

• Coco coir (peat) 
• Worm castings (extra matter for the roots) 
• Activated carbon (anti bacterial /anti fungal) 
• DCM organic nutrients 

Add perlite for drainage to all houseplants 

This mix will suit most houseplants.

cactus and succulents in particular may need a slightly different mix, also available on my website. There are specific mixes for the plants but adding perlite and some bark will suit many houseplants
