One of my all time favourite houseplants! So unusual and a great conversation starter for an office or living space. Lithops are renowned for their remarkable ability to mimic the appearance of rocks and stones. Their tops are often adorned with fascinating textures and colours, ranging from speckled greys and browns to vibrant greens and pinks, many people like to try and collect them all and even plant them all in the same pot!

Great for beginners because they need so little care

  • Origin🎯:arid and semi-arid regions of South Africa and Namibia
  • Size🪴: 5.5cm pot, 1 cm height
  • Toxicity🐾: safe

Plant Care Guide

  • Light🌞:Must be in a window with direct light
  • Water💧: Only when fully dry as they are from the desert
  • Feeding🌱: none
  • Temperature🌡️: They thrive in warm temperatures and can handle a bit of chill but should be kept away from frost.
  • Grooming🫶: new leaves in spring come out through the old 2 and the old ones die off sometimes a flower can come up between the leaves in autumn and winter. no regular repotting necessary. Gritty cactu/succulent soil
