A Cascading Succulent with Bead-Like Leaves

The String of Pearls is a succulent plant that is native to South Africa. It is a member of the Crassulaceae family, which also includes other popular succulents such as Jade Plants and Echeverias.

This plant is known for its trailing growth habit and its ability to tolerate periods of drought. Its succulent leaves store water, allowing it to survive in arid conditions. The String of Pearls is also a relatively slow-growing plant, adding to its appeal as a low-maintenance houseplant.

Plant Care Guide

  • Light🌞: Direct light on top of the pot, HAVE to be in warm sunny window like West or South facing, or under a grow light
  • Water💧: You will need to do the Soak and Dry Method ,Only water as the soil goes fully dry, about every 3-4 weeks. Use rainwater or filtered water if possible. Soak pot for 1 hour before putting back in the sun or under a grow light.
  • Temperature🌡️: no cold rooms or draughts
  • Feeding🌱: No regular feeding or misting needed.
  • Grooming🫶:No regular repotting. Shallow pot with good drainage is ideal. Cactus succulent soil. Only repot if over-grown or roots coming out of the bottom holes
